Your experience begins with an elegant welcome at Portofino, where guests gather for an aperitif reception overlooking the lake. Champagne, caviar and refined flying lunch creations mark the opening of the Wörthersee Cocktail Week.
Private Range Rover transfers bring guests to the iconic Schloss Seefels, where internationally acclaimed bartender Albert Trumer presents an exclusive signature cocktail paired with refined bar snacks.
From here, the journey continues by private boat across the turquoise waters of Lake Wörthersee. Discover unique lakeside venues including the intimate Seerestaurant Ungeheuer and the vibrant beach club Jilly Beach, where signature drinks and curated culinary moments accompany the stunning lake scenery.

Before sunrise, an unforgettable highlight awaits. Guests embark on a spectacular hot‑air balloon experience rising above Lake Wörthersee and the surrounding Alpine landscape. As the first light of day touches the lake, breakfast and music accompany a breathtaking panorama across Carinthia.
After landing, the journey continues with an elegant lakeside brunch at Werzers Badehaus, where regional delicacies are served with panoramic views of the water.
In the afternoon, guests return to the renowned restaurant of Hubert Wallner for an exclusive culinary masterclass. Featuring regional specialties, refined seafood, crudo creations and premium ingredients such as caviar, the experience offers a rare opportunity to explore the chef’s philosophy and craftsmanship firsthand.
Champagne aperitif and curated tastings accompany this intimate gastronomic moment.
